The following cancellation policy will be implemented at Ethos Spa.
A fee of $50.00 will be charged if cancellation for any service is not received 24 hours prior to any scheduled appointment.
There are no refunds for any services purchased or partially used. Spa Credit only
Ethos Spa will no longer be accepting personal checks.
Ethos reserves the right to change terms and conditions of any offer at any time.
